Application

Production Process

The cord is pulled by the machine and placed on the length which has been adjusted on the touch screen. Thereafter, it is first melted and cut  after a cooling time.

Touch Screen

About the touch screen all essential settings can de made very easily, such as length of the cords, and especially the melting temperature and the melting time. Here the machine has a very good equipment to do these adjustments with a very small tolerance.

Melting Die-Box

The machine AM 72 has interchangeable Die-Boxes as well. Depending on the thickness of the cord different sizes of dies must be chosen. However, at the melting cords by heat the tolerance is much higher than at the tipping with acetate-film.
